Construction Project Manager

Manage fire and water damage construction projects by educating customers on the process, identifying scope, and obtaining agreements. Review budgets, create work orders for subcontractors, and coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions. Conduct frequent site visits to ensure compliance, document activities using approved software, and track job progression. Complete final walk-throughs, closeout paperwork, and ensure no outstanding financial balances exist. Manage the Construction Services team by scheduling one-on-one meetings, approving biweekly payroll, and overseeing performance reviews.
