Job Summary
Evaluate and sell projects, educate customers on the restoration process, and document the scope of work. Maintain communications with clients and subcontractors while reviewing estimates and obtaining formal agreements. Ensure proper permits are acquired, create project schedules and budgets, and negotiate terms to set clear expectations. Identify and qualify resource providers to execute reconstruction projects with high quality. Requires superb customer service, effective communication, and experience in restoration or construction. Background check required.
Required Qualifications
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
