Job Summary
As a Construction Project Manager, you will establish customer relationships for construction services, educate customers on the construction process, work with clients on desired upgrades, and ensure estimates meet client requirements. Key responsibilities include analyzing project needs, creating accurate scopes of work, maintaining compliance with plans and local codes, and providing updates to customers. The role requires superb customer service skills, effective communication, advanced math skills, and proficiency in Xactimate estimating software. Strong critical thinking and teamwork abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Advanced math skills
- Proficient use of Xactimate estimating software
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team Player
- Must have good driving record
