Job Summary
Manage construction projects from scope definition and estimate review to final walk-through, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Conduct frequent site visits to coordinate inspections, review subcontractor budgets, and track job progression against customer contracts. Oversee the Construction Services team by scheduling one-on-one meetings, approving biweekly payroll, and planning ongoing training. Maintain customer satisfaction through warranty management and clear communication regarding change orders and project status.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of MEP trades
- Previous construction management experience
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Intermediate math skills
- Must have a reliable vehicle and license to conduct site visits
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in restoration and/or construction
- Xactimate knowledge
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
