Construction Project Manager

Plan and execute reconstruction projects for fire and water damage restoration, managing the full customer experience and coordinating with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers. Responsibilities include evaluating and selling projects, educating customers on the process, defining scope of work, maintaining communications, reviewing estimates, obtaining agreements on scope and estimate, ensuring permits, creating schedules and budgets, identifying and qualifying subcontractors, negotiating terms, and setting expectations. Must demonstrate superb customer service and written/oral communication skills; experience in restoration/construction preferred; PMP certification preferred; must pass a background check; prepared to work under conditions that may involve exposure to extreme conditions. The role is employed by a SERVPRO Franchise and involves supervision of others with opportunities to learn and grow.
