Job Summary
Coordinate materials, subcontractors, carpenters, and vendors to rebuild properties after water, fire, mold, or storm damage. Utilize Matterport for damage documentation and capture before, progress, and completion photos. Record project details in specific apps, run projects from start to finish, and secure rebuilds by meeting on-site at mitigation losses. Plan work via work orders and manage subcontractors to complete in-house tasks. Requires Monday through Friday availability from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., with overtime, weekend, and on-call duties. Must hold a valid driver's license and possess at least two years of remodeling experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current Valid Driver's License
- 2+ years of remodeling experience
- Total understanding of removal and reinstallation, rebuild process from planning to final inspection
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Ability to work in various environments indoors, outdoors, inclement weather, smoke or other hazards of a demolition or remodeling environment
- Overtime availability
- Weekend and on-call ability
Desired Qualifications
- IICRC Certification/Water Restoration Technician
