Job Summary
Oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout for senior living, healthcare, and multifamily projects; coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field operations; enforce OSHA safety standards; use Procore for documentation; maintain schedules in Smartsheet; assist with front-end development and bid packages; lead subcontractor and vendor buyout; manage change orders and project financials; review pay applications; coordinate inspections, training, and O&M manual collection; implement lean construction processes; travel periodically.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience managing multifamily residential, senior living, assisted living, healthcare, or commercial construction projects
- Multifamily construction experience required
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Experience managing project schedules, subcontractors, budgets, and project financials
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong technology proficiency including experience utilizing construction management software and cloud-based platforms
- Ability to travel periodically to active construction projects
