Job Summary
Construction Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, financials, safety initiatives, documentation, and field operations. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors and vendors, enforcing OSHA safety standards, utilizing Procore for project documentation, maintaining project schedules with Smartsheet, assisting with bid packages and front-end development, leading subcontractor buyout, managing change orders, and tracking project financials including budgets and cost reporting. Travel to project sites is required as needed. Qualifications include 5+ years in commercial construction, multifamily/senior living/healthcare project experience, ability to read drawings and contract documents, schedule/budget/financial management, OSHA knowledge, proficiency with MS Office, and experience with construction management software and cloud platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience managing multifamily residential, senior living, assisted living, healthcare, or commercial construction projects
- Multifamily construction experience required
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Experience managing project schedules, subcontractors, budgets, and project financials
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong technology proficiency including experience utilizing construction management software and cloud-based platforms
- Ability to travel periodically to active construction projects
