Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project management for branch renovations within a defined region, ensuring governance, financial discipline, vendor coordination, and adherence to standards and schedules; collaborate with internal partners and service partners across planning, design, procurement, construction, occupancy, and turnover to deliver on-time, on-budget branch refresh projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in real estate, design and construction, project/program management, or similar delivery roles
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with budget and schedule accountability
- Demonstrated ability to influence and execute in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated financial acumen including budgeting, estimating, pricing analysis, cost justification, and governance/approvals
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with financial management and modeling
- Knowledge of end-to-end project delivery phases including planning, design, scheduling, procurement, construction, and close-out
- Demonstrated conflict management, negotiation, and vendor management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready materials and meeting facilitation
- Ability to learn and use proprietary project management systems/technology quickly and effectively, with strong Microsoft Office proficiency
