Construction Project Manager

Collaborate with an established team to lead and oversee construction projects in San Juan, Puerto Rico, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Supervise ongoing work by participating in planning, organization, and coordination of activities, including resource allocation and risk management. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and resolving issues as they arise. Manage project costs to ensure they stay within the established budget while ensuring compliance with all workplace safety regulations. Evaluate and select suitable suppliers and subcontractors for ongoing and future projects, generating regular reports on status and performance. The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a background in Industrial or Civil Engineering, and possesses excellent communication and leadership skills.
