Construction Project Manager

Manage construction and restoration projects by estimating, coordinating resources, and executing work to completion while meeting profitability targets. Maintain vendor relationships, track equipment, and oversee subcontractor estimates using Xactimate software. Conduct property inspections, manage project budgets, and schedule service vehicles and technicians. Collaborate with estimators, the operations manager, and marketing teams to ensure timely payments and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate production paperwork and minor repairs on company equipment.
