Job Summary
Construction Project Manager responsible for overseeing multiple active job sites in Northern Virginia and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include traveling daily between sites in a company-provided truck, monitoring progress and scheduling, reading and interpreting construction plans and cutsheets, coordinating inspections, deliveries, and field logistics, generating reports, attending project meetings, and maintaining safety compliance on active sites. Requires a valid driver’s license and strong communication/organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. Company vehicle provided; competitive pay based on experience; PTO/holidays; steady year-round work.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (or equivalent)
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Construction/project management experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
