Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Oversee all construction activities, including subcontractors, vendors, and staff scheduling, while ensuring compliance with DOB and OSHA safety rules. Manage project budgets and schedules by developing Scope-of-Work documents and coordinating with estimating and purchasing teams. Prepare monthly statistical reports for owners and lenders, maintain meeting minutes, and expedite third-party inspections. Procure materials, schedule deliveries, and submit daily reports and manpower logs. Push the project schedule forward through direct coordination with trade contractors and maintain full-time on-site supervision. This full-time, permanent role supports a company with over $750 million in backlog, offering full benefits including a 4% 401-K match and 13 paid holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Well-versed and experienced with all 16 AIA-Trade Classifications of construction
  • Experience with site logistics & site safety
  • Experience with site work
  • Experience with concrete foundation
  • Experience with superstructure
  • Experience with building envelope
  • Experience with elevators & MEPs
  • Minimum five (5) years experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction projects
  • Experience with projects ranging in value between $ 10 million and $ 150 million
  • Experience with ground-up, renovation, and conversion construction of mid-rise and high-rise towers
  • Highly self-motivated
