Job Summary
Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, managing budgets, schedules, and team performance while ensuring deliverables align with contracts and MG2 quality standards. Create milestone-based project schedules, lead internal and external team meetings, and coordinate with client operations, IT, and facilities for cross-functional collaboration. Monitor financial status, issue weekly project updates, and manage General Contractors and third-party vendors through the full lifecycle. Perform site visits, review shop drawings, and handle procurement for owner-supplied items. This role requires 8+ years of construction management experience and is based in New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in a Construction Management role, or combined experience within relevant roles
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Food & Beverage, Retail, Branding or Luxury projects a plus
- PMP Certification preferred
