Job Summary
Conduct final field measurements to ensure custom windows and doors are manufactured and installed accurately. Review project details, develop installation solutions, and serve as the lead field representative and primary point of contact for homeowners. Coordinate with installation partners, allocate materials, manage job costs, and resolve installation challenges while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Perform final project walkthroughs, demonstrating operation and completing the Zero-Defect checklist. Manage multiple residential projects simultaneously with a proactive approach to execution. Valid driver's license, ability to lift 40 lbs., and experience in residential construction or remodeling required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing residential construction, remodeling, renovation, or home improvement projects
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced field environment
- Experience reading construction documents and adapting plans to real-world site conditions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive, ownership-minded approach to project execution and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 lbs., stand for extended periods, and climb ladders and stairs safely
Desired Qualifications
- Window and door experience preferred but not required
- Experience taking field measurements and assessing job site conditions preferred
