Serve as the lead field representative and primary point of contact for homeowners, introducing installation crews and communicating project expectations throughout the lifecycle. Coordinate with installation partners to ensure crews are prepared for project-specific requirements and provide field support to resolve installation challenges as they arise. Allocate materials and accurately manage job costs and labor rates while identifying and resolving project issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. Conduct final project walkthroughs, demonstrating window and door operation, completing the Zero-Defect checklist, and documenting any outstanding items.
