Required Qualifications
- Must have an active Oregon CCB license and be in good standing with the CCB
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Ability to manage subcontractors, costing, and contract management
- Must be able to resolve disputes effectively to meet budget, time, and quality outcomes
- Must be able to manage multiple projects involving multiple parties
