Job Summary
Oversee construction projects from conception to completion within the Water US, Construction Management Division. Lead project teams, interpret drawings and schedules to ensure design intent, maintain budgets and schedules, manage subcontractors and change orders, and ensure quality and safety compliance. Responsibilities include client relationship management, proposal development, risk and budget management, staff mentorship, and development of growth and succession plans. Requires implementing health and safety guidelines, promoting a high-performance culture, and leveraging project-management tools to deliver on-time, on-budget projects in the engineering/design field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology
- 8+ years of qualifying engineering experience in the engineering/design field
- Experience in managing and mentoring people in construction management positions or roles
- Experience in client project or program management
- Microsoft Project familiarity
- Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to apply for reciprocity in additional states
- CCM, USACE CQM, CCCA, NICET certifications
- OSHA 30 Hour Construction Training
