Job Summary
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing medium-scale wastewater treatment and pump station construction projects ranging from $5M to $25M, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications while managing timelines and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience with a construction company (contractor side).
- Proven experience managing $5M-$25M water/wastewater treatment plant or pump station construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or comparable scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, heavy civil operations, and utility infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex project timelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and construction management tools.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with design-build or CMAR delivery methods.
- OSHA certification or strong safety program knowledge.
- Experience with cost controls, self-perform work, and production tracking.
