Construction Project Manager (PM)

Oversee assigned construction projects, managing subcontractors for quality, timeliness, and budget while ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and local codes. Monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements, perform end-of-day debriefs with contractors and clients, and document all communications, updates, and supplemental materials including photos and change orders. Communicate job scope to subs and update supervisors, accounting, and team members as needed. Maintain profitability by meeting established production goals. Requires high school diploma/GED, previous construction project management experience, and PMP certification preferred. Exposure to extreme conditions, noise, and physical demands such as climbing ladders and standing for long periods. Flexible work from home options available.
