Job Summary
Oversee assigned construction projects, managing subcontractors for quality, timeliness, and budget while ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and local codes. Monitor project schedules and budgetary requirements, then perform end-of-day debriefs with contractors, clients, and customers. Document all communications, updates, and supplemental materials including photos, contracts, and change orders. Communicate job scope to subs, supervisors, accounting, and team members as needed. This role requires a High School diploma/GED, previous construction project management experience, and Xactimate basics. Exposure to extreme conditions, loud noise, and physical demands such as climbing ladders and working at heights is expected. Flexible work-from-home options are available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous construction project management experience
- Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
- Effective written and oral communication, follow through and documentation of all communications
- Xactimate basics
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
