Job Summary
Lead K–12 projects in Michigan, fostering strong client relationships while applying technical expertise to assess risks and guide program decisions. Responsibilities include planning project logistics, leading multiple projects of varying scope, and ensuring compliance with P&M and PMR policies. Candidates should possess an accredited degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, alongside extensive experience in construction and project management.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Degree, Architecture Degree, or Construction Management Degree from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years of building, design, and construction experience in project management, construction administration, or construction field management
- Experience working for an Owner’s Facility Team or as a consultant preferred
- Construction field experience with K-12
- Knowledge of construction best practices
Desired Qualifications
- Construction cost estimating experience
- Familiarity with BIM
- Understanding of the design process that drives scope and budget development
