Job Summary
Lead, coordinate, and manage general construction projects from pre-construction through final completion, overseeing 5–6 field crew members to ensure high-quality performance and safety compliance. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work while collaborating with architects, engineers, clients, and internal departments. Conduct project meetings, maintain thorough documentation, and identify risks to resolve issues and ensure timely completion. Mentor field staff with hands-on guidance. Requires 10+ years of general construction experience, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of general construction experience, including field and project management
- Strong leadership and crew management abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Desired Qualifications
- Estimating experience preferred
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent is a plus
