Job Summary
Construction Project Manager oversees petroleum and fuel-systems projects from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, reviewing drawings and documents, preparing and reviewing estimates, managing schedules and budgets, and supporting design-build development. Travel up to 50% nationwide to project sites. Responsible for ensuring safety standards and compliance with project specifications while leading project teams and coordinating with owners, designers, engineers, and contractors.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction, petroleum construction, fuel system construction, heavy civil construction, or related construction environments
- Experience managing projects involving gas stations, fueling facilities, USTs, ASTs, fuel systems, or related petroleum infrastructure projects
- Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, project schedules, and construction cost estimates
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout construction project execution
- Supervisory or project leadership experience required
- Ability to travel nationwide up to 50% for the role
- Strong knowledge of construction project management processes, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
