Job Summary
Reconstruction Project Manager responsible for leading multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, profitability, and exceptional customer experience. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and coordination of subcontractors, materials, equipment, and vendors; conduct site visits; monitor progress, safety, and quality; communicate updates with customers and internal teams; and uphold company standards and best practices. Successful candidates read construction documents and estimates, manage relationships with customers and insurance partners, and demonstrate ownership, accountability, and decisive problem-solving while guiding teams through restoration projects that may involve family homes after fires or commercial properties after water losses.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with project management in reconstruction/restoration/residential/commercial remodeling or related industries
- Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and customer relationships
- Ability to read construction documents, scopes of work, and estimates
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
