Construction Project Manager - Owner's Representative

Job Summary
Act as an owner's representative advocating for clients through all phases of large-scale commercial construction projects. Review documents for constructability and scope, evaluate contractor bids, and manage detailed budgets with financial reporting. Lead OAC meetings, oversee projects via site visits, and ensure deadlines are met while analyzing delay claims. Identify and mitigate risks, then create executive-level reports and present information to stakeholders. This hybrid role requires 2 days in Southern California offices with up to 50% travel. Candidates must possess 10+ years in construction management, including large-scale commercial experience, and demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Construction Management
- Ten (10) or more years in construction management related roles
- At least five years on large scale commercial projects
- Experience with a GC or OR firm
- Deep understanding of construction delivery methods
- Knowledge of building codes
