Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead assigned construction projects for Omni Fiber, serving as the project leader responsible for project coordination, meeting timelines, tracking and reporting, managing day-to-day operations to ensure on-time and under-budget completion, interpreting project specifications, communicating requirements to contractors, and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Role requires flexibility with hours to align with CST time, some travel to construction sites and offices, and representation of Omni Fiber to satisfy customer needs while maintaining compliance with contracts, permits, and approvals. Emphasizes governance of scope, resources, schedules, budgets, and installation/technical requirements, with emphasis on telecom construction knowledge, budgeting, scheduling, and field-office operations.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or civil engineering preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Telecom construction and engineering
- project budget creation and management
