Job Summary
The Construction Project Manager will oversee multiple restaurant construction projects at varying stages, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets. Responsible for managing vendor bids, scheduling, permitting, inspections, and conducting site visits. Requires excellent communication and supervisory skills, as well as a thorough understanding of construction practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail store, restaurant development, construction, and restaurant operations.
- Ability to read architectural plans and engineered drawings.
- Experience overseeing 10 or more projects with accuracy and timeliness.
- Thorough knowledge of construction terminology, materials, blueprints, and techniques.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and restaurant operations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
