Job Summary
Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily renovation and occupied housing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement activities, compliance requirements, owner communication, and overall project execution. Candidate will coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure quality standards, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction; manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation; lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and project status reviews; track and report budgets, forecasts, and WIP; ensure compliance with affordable housing, prevailing wage, HUD, Davis-Bacon, Section 3, OHFA, NJEDA, and related requirements; proficient use of Procore or similar software.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing commercial, multifamily renovation, occupied housing, or renovation construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, cost control, and subcontractor management
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, procurement activities, and material tracking
- Experience leading owner meetings and coordinating project stakeholders
- Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and project coordination skills
