Job Summary
Manage multiple construction projects concurrently for a leading Columbus, OH firm, focusing on large stick framed multifamily housing. Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules while providing project estimates as needed. Coordinate effectively with owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesmen to ensure timely delivery. Requires minimum five years of construction experience and the ability to work independently as a self-starter. Local to Columbus is preferred, with travel as needed.
