Job Summary
Oversee multifamily garden-style construction projects in Miami-Dade/South Broward from preconstruction through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement, change management, and reporting. Lead and develop an Assistant Project Manager; coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets quality standards. Utilize Procore, Sage, and TimberScan for cost control, document management, and reporting; manage RFIs, submittals, permits, and closeout processes; drive collaboration with field leadership to maintain schedule, quality, safety, and productivity goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor or Developer/Builder
- Experience delivering multifamily construction projects preferred
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and project financial management
- Experience using Procore, Sage, and TimberScan
- Ability to lead teams while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
