Job Summary
Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring completion safely, on time, and within budget. Plan and manage projects while developing schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Hire and manage Moore self-perform crews, subcontractors, and construction teams. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed. Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Baton Rouge, LA relocation required. Salary $100-140K annually. 4 weeks PTO, 401(k) matching, and full health/dental/vision coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Baton Rouge, LA 70809 (Required)
- Relocate before starting work (Required)
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or CCM certification is a plus but not required
