Job Summary
Oversee multiple high-end residential remodeling, additions, and custom construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors, and conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure quality workmanship. Review construction drawings and specifications, manage budgets and change orders, obtain permits, and communicate proactively with homeowners. Anticipate challenges to solve problems before they impact schedule or budget while maintaining organized documentation. Ensure projects complete safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and Florida building codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing high-end residential remodels and additions preferred
- Experience with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar project management software is a plus
