Job Summary
Mavin Project Managers lead the development and construction phases for designated projects, ensuring corporate, client, and project goals are achieved on time and within budget. They are responsible for project planning, client relations, contracts, business development, and warranty management. Tasks include overseeing project schedules, managing subcontractor meetings, financial project management, and ensuring a safe work environment. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with project management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager
- Must be a licensed driver with reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Able to lift 25 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with industry specific software related to project management, accounting, scheduling, estimating, takeoff and BIM
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
