Job Summary
Lead daily field operations, contract administration, and project status updates as the primary point of contact. Oversee subcontractors and field staff to ensure adherence to technical specifications, local codes, and federal safety guidelines. Lead weekly progress meetings, risk assessments, and schedule alignment reviews while managing budgets, forecasts, and change orders. Execute projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. Manage project closeout, including punch lists, commissioning coordination, and final inspections. Requires a Bachelor's degree or 10 years of progressive experience, with a minimum of 7 years managing complex projects. Full-time role in Waco, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited institution
- OR a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience (subject to Government approval) in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 7 years of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity
- Must have successfully served as the primary Project Manager on at least three (3) projects of similar size and complexity
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare facilities or similarly regulated environments
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- Professional Engineer (PE)
- Registered Architect (RA)
