Job Summary
Project Manager-program management for a varied portfolio of construction and renovation projects, typically with values exceeding $10 million. Responsible for project planning, tracking, schedule performance, and project controls from initial planning through completion to ensure compliance with internal requirements, cost constraints, and schedule. Key duties include communicating with the design team and owner, reviewing contractor invoices and contracts for changes, aiding dispute resolution, maintaining project records and reports, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients, and supporting building commissioning and project close-out. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management and 8+ years of relevant experience; proficiency with project scheduling, cost management, and Procore; strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; valid driver’s license and OSHA 30 certification; K-12 or Parks experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management
- 8 years of relevant construction industry experience with public and/or private projects
- Experience managing projects with single value in excess of $10 million or portfolio totaling this amount
- OSHA 30
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- K-12 experience or Parks is a plus
