Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of construction project delivery from handoff through closeout. Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff. Lead estimating, bid procurement, and project buyout activities. Manage contracts, RFIs, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project schedules and forecasts. Review and process submittals, shop drawings, and related documentation. Monitor project budgets, costs, and quality standards. Prepare and present reporting, including forecast at completion. Ensure smooth and timely project closeout processes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong knowledge of estimating, procurement, contracts, and scheduling
- Experience leading subcontractor and vendor coordination
- Ability to manage budgets, costs, and reporting effectively
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
