Job Summary
Senior-level Construction Project Manager needed to lead commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout in the Twin Cities region. Responsible for managing scope, schedule, and financial performance; developing estimates, proposals, and budgets; overseeing subcontractor bidding and performance; maintaining strong client and vendor relationships to support repeat business; participating in project pursuits; and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality results. Office-based role with occasional site visits; projects primarily in Minneapolis/St. Paul area with some out-of-state work. Opportunity to contribute to company growth through client relationships and project pursuits. Compensation includes a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience running projects independently as a Project Manager within a general contractor environment
- Experience managing projects cradle-to-grave, including estimating and project execution
- Background in commercial construction projects ranging from approximately $10M–$25M
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, budgets, and schedules across multiple projects
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
