Job Summary
Construction Project Manager responsible for leading commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout across assisted living and multi-family sectors. Key duties include overseeing day-to-day project execution with subcontractors and field teams, enforcing OSHA safety standards, managing project documentation in Procore (RFIs, submittals, QA/QC, drawings/specifications), supporting bid packages, maintaining schedules in Smartsheet, applying Lean pull planning, leading subcontractor buyout and change orders, managing owner/subcontractor pay applications, conducting periodic site visits, and guiding project closeout and O&M documentation. Requires strong coordination with owners and subcontractors, budget and cost forecasting, and use of modern construction technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of construction project management experience (level dependent)
- Experience in assisted living and/or multi-family residential construction strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction safety and OSHA guidelines
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with Procore and Smartsheet
- Strong comfort with technology, including cloud-based construction tools and iPad usage
