Job Summary
Seeking a Construction Project Manager for large scale K-12 and other public sector projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5-7+ years of experience in construction management, strong client relationship skills, and strategic advising capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management or equivalent experience
- 5-7+ years of architectural/construction management experience
- Experience in new construction, additions, renovations, and capital maintenance projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships
Desired Qualifications
- MCPPO desired
- Chapter 149 and 149A experience desired
