Job Summary
Manage the entire lifecycle of 4 to 8 corporate interior and infrastructure projects, overseeing programming, design, schedule, entitlements, bidding, permitting, execution, and closeout. Prepare weekly detailed reviews to identify risks early and provide solutions to meet client-driven schedules and budgets. Act as the primary point of contact with the client and stakeholders, developing master project schedules, detailed budgets, and managing vendor selection processes. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Draft project communications, facilitate critical meetings, and coordinate due diligence efforts. This role is based in McLean, VA, with an estimated salary of $89,000–$120,000. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in Corporate Interiors or Infrastructure Projects
- Experience in developing both high level and detailed budgets and schedules
- Experience in managing multiple diverse project types - Corporate Interior and Infrastructure
- Understanding of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Products; including Microsoft Project
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
