Job Summary
Construction Project Manager needed to oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring construction activities, managing project financials, contracts and documentation, acting as the liaison for the customer, and ensuring completion according to client specifications. Requires experience in commercial construction project management and proficiency with construction management software; a Bachelor's Degree in Construction or related discipline is preferred. Local to Mobile, AL or willing to work on-site in Mobile, AL.
Required Qualifications

- Recent Commercial Construction Project Management experience
- Large Construction company experience
- Experience with Construction Management software
