Job Summary
Plan and oversee end-to-end delivery of assigned HVAC Mechanical Retrofit and Design-Build projects, defining scope, deliverables, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop project plans, determine resource and budget needs, and establish timelines while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Monitor project delivery against schedules and ensure timely completion, supervising site activities and team members to comply with all regulatory, environmental, and health and safety standards. Manage moderate complexity projects on time, within scope, and budget.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of project engineering experience in the field of mechanical building services
- Construction or similar experience
- Project management aptitude – ability and experience in delivering projects on-time, on-budget, within specifications, and in-compliant with all requirements including but not limited to regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements
- P.Eng. Mechanical Engineering (or be able to qualify within one year.)
- Project Management Institute Accreditation or in progress
- LEED certification or in progress
- Engineer in training
