Construction Project Manager (Indianapolis, IN) - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Project Manager for electrical construction projects on a Indianapolis jobsite. Responsibilities include managing the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout, overseeing all project finance requirements (billings, setup, cost control, change orders, cost-to-complete), and ensuring safety and timely completion of closeout procedures. Lead project meetings, coordinate with the Superintendent and Foremen, and negotiate changes to contracts as needed. Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and collaboration across departments to ensure materials are available and aligned with project goals. Provide clear leadership and guidance to the project team, driving risk mitigation and on-time, on-budget project delivery. Requires at least 4 years of experience in commercial construction PM or equivalent, with bonus points for a Construction Management or related degree, and experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $5M-$50M, plus knowledge of construction management software and OSHA certification.
