Job Summary
Lead and coordinate project teams from kickoff through closeout for commercial construction projects ranging from $5–20 million. Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk to ensure successful outcomes while overseeing quality and delivering high-performing spaces. Drive communication and collaboration between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, and support and mentor team members throughout the process. Ensure safety standards and project commitments are consistently met. Requires 8+ years of experience leading ground-up commercial projects across multiple structural systems. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects
- Experience managing projects across multiple structural systems, including steel, wood, concrete, precast, and masonry
- Experience managing larger, more complex commercial construction projects (typically $5–15 million)
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and project demands
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plus
