Job Summary
Construction Project Manager II will plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated K-12 education construction projects to ensure timely delivery within funding parameters, including establishing work plans, staffing, and scheduling; reviewing drawings/specifications; coordinating with owners, architects, subcontractors and project staff; handling negotiations with owners/subcontractors; assisting in proposal development and mentoring internal talent; and maintaining relationships with project partners, while applying strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving to deliver projects on budget and on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years related work experience on K-12 education construction projects
- Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage time and meet goals
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Strong work ethic and alignment with company values
- Travel 25-75%
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of ViewPoint software
- Valid Driver's License
