Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-phase construction projects for housing authority programs in New York City, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards. Define objectives, scope, and deliverables; maintain detailed project documentation; provide regular status updates to leadership and clients; ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to BV’s quality standards. Travel to client/project sites across the U.S. (up to 50–90%), manage budgets and contracts, and foster a collaborative, safety-conscious work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 3+ years of related experience (or 5+ years in lieu of degree)
- Valid driver’s license
