Job Summary
Construction Project Manager role leading projects from start to finish for Horst Construction. Responsible for guiding a dedicated team, ensuring safety protocols, adhering to quality standards, and maintaining open communication with clients. Requires a bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience), 3+ years of construction experience with 2+ years in commercial project management, proficiency with Procore/PlanGrid/Bluebeam/MS Project, strong knowledge of blueprints/contract documents, building codes, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules. Travel to select out-of-state projects and leadership/communication skills are essential. Typical 40–50 hour weeks with competitive salary and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of construction experience with 2+ years in commercial project management
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Strong understanding of blueprints and contract documents
- Knowledge of building codes and construction trades
