Job Summary
Manage high-end residential projects from pre-construction through close-out, owning scope, budget, schedule, quality, and client experience while serving as the primary point of communications for all stakeholders. Oversee superintendents, subcontractors, and construction methods; generate RFIs to architects, engineers, and designers; and maintain job files with spec sheets, purchase records, and weekly logs. Create CPM schedules, project plans, and roadmaps with milestones and crew timelines. Lead meetings with designers, owners, and building officials; interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings; and audit construction means and methods. Prioritize subscriber care, listen to homeowners, and maintain weekly reports with fast, accurate responses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent from a technical school
- five to seven years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience in high-end custom construction project management
- Valid driver's license
