Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship post-sale up to final installation, including the accuracy of measuring windows. Implement management policies and inspect all project aspects to determine the scope of work. Conduct precise measurements at each job site to confirm custom window orders, communicate agreements with customers, and negotiate plan alterations. Analyze legal requirements for licensing and permitting, ensuring full regulatory compliance with safety and health standards. Complete administrative tasks and assist in staging products for delivery while utilizing the company vehicle. Requires 1-3 years of construction and window measurement experience, a valid driver's license, and strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Salary starts at $50,000 with medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a bonus plan and use of an iPad and iPhone.
